Food Waste Summit 2026

Event Dates: February 23–25, 2026
Location: Rancho Mirage, California

By purchasing tickets to the Food Waste Summit 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions
  1. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
    • All ticket sales are processed securely through our event registration platform.
    • Upon completion of payment, a confirmation email with your ticket details will be sent to the email address provided.
    • Tickets are valid only for the registered attendee and are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the event organizers.
  2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    • Tickets are non-refundable.
    • In the event the summit is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
    • If the summit is postponed, tickets will automatically apply to the new date.
    • Attendee-initiated cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
  3. Event Access
    • Admission requires a valid ticket at check-in.
    • Access to certain sessions, VIP areas, or networking events may depend on the ticket tier purchased.
    • The organizers reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or venue at their discretion.
  4. Code of Conduct
    • All attendees must behave respectfully toward others and adhere to summit policies.
    • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
  5. Photography & Media
    • By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed.
    • Photos and recordings may be used for promotional or documentation purposes by the summit organizers and sponsors.
  6. Liability Waiver
    • The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
    • By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with attending a large-scale public event.
  7. Health & Safety
    • The summit will follow all local and federal health guidelines in place at the time of the event.
    • Attendees will be notified in advance of any safety requirements (e.g., mask usage, vaccination status, etc.).
  8. Intellectual Property
    • All content presented at the summit is the intellectual property of the speakers or organizers unless otherwise stated.
    • Recording or reproducing presentations without prior written consent is prohibited.
